1. “Which Workforce Are You?” pre-assessment — a short diagnostic built on three questions: How do agents enter? Who governs them? What is your people’s relationship to the agent? It places your organization and names the internal splits.
2. Live one-hour training — facilitated over Zoom, tailored to your archetype and HR functions (hiring, recruitment, HR admin, payroll, employee support).
3. 30-minute follow-up (one month later) — to troubleshoot, answer the real questions that surfaced, and lock in adoption.
4. AI governance policy — a ready-to-customize policy your team can put into practice immediately.
