Why we started
Jumpstart HR began with a simple conviction: every organization — not just the ones who can afford a big HR department — deserves people practices that are fair, modern, and built to last.
Founder and CEO Joey Price set out to make senior HR expertise accessible to the businesses that needed it most, and to keep that expertise honest by pairing it with real research. Today our team of senior, US-based HR practitioners does that work every day — and because we stay close to the realities of running HR, our research carries a pulse most analysts don’t have.
