This Privacy Policy explains how Jumpstart Brand, LLC (doing business as Jumpstart HR) (“Jumpstart HR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit jumpstart-hr.com (the “Site”), purchase our products or services, subscribe to our newsletter, download resources, or otherwise interact with us. It also describes your privacy rights and how to exercise them.

Client employee data: When we provide HR consulting services, we may process personal information about our clients’ employees on the client’s behalf. In those cases we act as a service provider / processor, and that processing is governed by our agreement (and, where applicable, a data processing agreement) with the client rather than this Policy. Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate notices for the employee data they share with us.

Newsletter and resource sign-ups — email and any fields you submit to receive our newsletter, assessments, or downloadable resources.

Purchase and billing details — when you buy through our store, our payment processors collect your payment details; we receive order and contact information. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google (Analytics, Ads) and Meta (Facebook), which may use cookies to measure and personalize advertising. Some of this activity may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state laws (see Section 8).
